This week has been pretty good, though this morning wasn't exactly thrilling. Not enough sleep due to working on a paper + looming tests + an actual test that day + the realization that I have to find a new research book for English because the old one wasn't approve just didn't make for a happy morning. But having lunch with Anna Beth, Amy, Rachael, and Sara (even if Redzone still wasn't open) made for a happier afternoon. That and napping for several hours afterward :D
And the night is still getting better. As I mentioned, I finished another form for studying abroad in England next summer, and I got cookies in the mail from my mom! (they were quite delicious btw). And now Anna Beth and I are waiting on Sara to arrive so we can have dinner excursions and some adventure.
I'm getting the hang of Latin. We had our first test today and I think I did pretty well. I now know the first and second noun declensions and a small vocabulary. When we start learning verbs maybe I'll try to blog a little in Latin. Who doesn't want to read a dead language? lol.
Oh, that reminds me: The paper I was working on last night was an introduction to my major for my english class and late night me decided the appropriate title was "Who doesn't want a BS degree?" Also, I literally have the words "squishy-nice science" in the first paragraph. Don't worry, it makes sense when you read it...I hope. lol.
Ok, Sara has arrived so I think the adventure may begin soon. Sorry about the blogs recently. I'll try to have more in the coming weeks (but no promises).
