Hello from halfway through the semester! Who's ready to register for Spring classes?!
So I don't have anything new news to add that hasn't already been said. But yeah, we're going to VidCon...and meeting famous people...and going on an epic road trip...and going to be poor, but it's so going to be worth it! And I still can't wrap my head around it.
Anyway, I mentioned that I'm the fashion director for my group's runway show and not that the show is this Friday, I have a better idea of what's going to happen. Both groups have to follow the theme--Girl's Night Out-- and we're pretending we're doing the show to help raise awareness for breast cancer because it's October. So we're going to somehow incorporate pink in all the outfits and have pink decorations and Christmas lights lining our runway. Jill and Anna Beth said that they were going to come and I was going to ask them later if one of them could bring their camera...
The best part so far is our mannequin. There are random mannequins in the classroom, so we just took one and wrapped streamers around it so it looks like it has on a ruffle dress--it's super amazing! But shhhhhh....don't tell anyone because it's a surprise!

One of the upcoming trends for Spring 2013, and it's even starting right now for Fall, is printed pants. I actually really love the look of these pants, hopefully I'll be able to pull them off if I ever get a pair!

As you can see, you can choose to be a little more conservative, or be brave and go with an extra-bold pattern.

If you're going to buy one of these pretty pants, I would recommend wearing them with a solid top so you're outfit doesn't look too crazy!
